1. Scope and responsibility
FeliGames (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates feligames.online and publishes the FeliGames games and apps that link to this policy (together, the “Services”). FeliGames is the controller or business for personal information we determine how to use, including support correspondence. Advertising providers may be independent controllers or businesses for information their technologies receive; their own policies also apply.
For privacy questions or requests, contact feli194@163.com.
2. Information that may be processed
The exact data depends on the game or app, operating system, SDK versions, consent and regional settings. Information may come directly from you, your device, app and ad interactions, our service providers, or advertising partners.
- Identifiers: mobile advertising ID (IDFA or Android Advertising ID) where available, app or device identifiers, IP address, and partner-generated identifiers.
- Device and network details: device model, operating system, language, app version, connection type, carrier, and similar technical details.
- Approximate location: country, region, or city inferred from IP address. We do not require precise location for this website; any app feature or partner use of precise location must be separately disclosed and permissioned where applicable.
- App and ad activity: app events, ad requests, impressions, views, clicks, rewards, installs, conversions, and related timestamps.
- Diagnostics and privacy signals: crash or performance events, fraud signals, consent status, tracking authorization status, and opt-out choices.
- Support information: your email address and the details or attachments you choose to send us.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government ID numbers, or unrelated sensitive information to our support address.
3. Advertising partners
The following services are in the FeliGames advertising stack. A particular game may use only a subset; the app’s actual SDK configuration determines which providers receive data. Depending on configuration and your choices, providers may use the data described above for ad selection and delivery, personalization where allowed, frequency control, attribution, reporting, optimization, and fraud prevention. Their processing may also involve their own partners.
- AppLovin / MAX AppLovin may handle device identifiers, IP address, device details, and ad interactions for mediation, advertising and measurement. AppLovin Privacy Policy.
- Meta Audience Network Meta may receive device, app and ad interaction information to deliver and measure advertising, subject to applicable choices. Meta Privacy Policy.
- ironSource / Unity LevelPlay ironSource, part of Unity, may process device identifiers, network information, ad activity and consent signals for mediation or advertising. Unity game player and app user policy and ironSource privacy guidance.
- Liftoff Monetize / Vungle Vungle is part of Liftoff. It may process device identifiers, IP address, device characteristics, app usage, ad engagement, timestamps and location-related data. Liftoff Privacy Policy and Liftoff opt-out.
- Mintegral Mintegral may process device and network data, identifiers and ad interactions for ad delivery, measurement and security. Mintegral Privacy Policy.
- Pangle Pangle may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device details and app or ad activity for ad serving, measurement, personalization where allowed, and fraud detection. Pangle end user privacy policies.
- Unity Ads Unity may receive advertising identifiers, device and network details, general location and ad activity for delivery, measurement, frequency control and security. Unity game player and app user policy and Unity privacy choices.
- Kwai Ads Kwai may receive device, network and ad interaction information where its ad service is enabled. Its precise data use depends on the integrated service and configuration. Kwai privacy information.
These links lead to each provider’s own information. Partner policies and SDK behavior can change, so we review the disclosures when configurations change.
4. Purposes and disclosures
Information may be used to operate and protect our Services, answer support requests, deliver contextual or personalized ads where permitted, measure ad performance, control ad frequency, detect fraud or abuse, apply privacy preferences, and meet legal obligations.
Information may be disclosed to the advertising partners named above and their permitted demand, mediation, measurement, and service partners; our email and website hosting providers; authorities or advisers where legally required; and a successor if the relevant business is transferred. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising disclosures may nevertheless qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law when used for cross-context behavioral advertising; see Section 9.
5. EEA and UK legal bases
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, consent is the basis for personalized advertising, access to advertising identifiers or device storage, and similar processing when required by law. We may rely on legitimate interests for limited service security, fraud prevention, support handling, or permitted non-personalized measurement, after considering your rights. We may process information to respond to a service request or comply with a legal obligation where those bases apply. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
6. Advertising and consent choices
- Where required, a game or app should present an in-app consent or privacy message before advertising SDK activity that needs consent. Use its privacy settings to change choices if that control is provided.
- On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency choice controls access to IDFA for tracking. Declining tracking does not remove all ads.
- On Android, use your device’s advertising ID and ad privacy controls. Availability and labels vary by Android version.
- Use the partner controls linked in Section 3 where available. You may also email feli194@163.com for help with choices FeliGames controls.
Choices may vary by app, region, platform, SDK version and partner configuration. A privacy policy is not a substitute for the consent and opt-out controls required in an app.
7. Retention and international transfers
We keep support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal requirements. We do not set a single retention period for data held independently by advertising partners; see their policies for their practices. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
FeliGames and its providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where law requires safeguards for transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, the relevant party must use an applicable lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Partner policies explain their transfer arrangements.
8. Rights in the EEA, UK and similar regions
Subject to applicable law, you may request information and access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent and may have safeguards against certain solely automated decisions with significant effects. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority where you live, work, or believe a violation occurred.
Email feli194@163.com with “Privacy Request” and the relevant app name. We may ask for limited information to verify and locate a record. For data an ad provider controls independently, you may also contact that provider through its policy link.
9. California privacy notice (CCPA / CPRA)
For the 12 months preceding this policy’s effective date, or the period since a Service began operating if shorter, the categories below may have been collected, used or disclosed depending on actual app use and SDK settings. The descriptions also explain expected processing when the listed ad SDKs are active.

Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. Disclosing identifiers or activity to ad partners for personalized or cross-context behavioral ads may constitute “selling” or “sharing” under California law. To request an opt-out of activity FeliGames controls, email feli194@163.com with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject. Where an app provides a privacy choice, use it as well. We will honor applicable opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where legally required and technically applicable to a Service. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 without the authorization required by law.
Your California rights
Subject to legal exceptions, you may request to know and access the categories and specific pieces of information collected, their sources, purposes, recipients and categories sold or shared; request deletion or correction; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable; and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising rights. We do not intentionally use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.
You or an authorized agent can send a request to feli194@163.com. We may verify identity and, for an agent, authorization using only information reasonably necessary for the request.
10. Children
The intended audience and age rating can vary by game or app. If a Service is directed to children or we know a user is under the applicable age, we must apply the relevant age-related SDK settings and advertising restrictions. We do not knowingly use cross-app behavioral advertising for children where prohibited. If you believe a child sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
11. Website, security and changes
This website is static. It does not place FeliGames analytics or advertising scripts, run a contact form, or offer an account. Its host may process technical request and security logs under the GitHub Privacy Statement. Emailing us sends the content you choose to our email provider.
We use reasonable measures to protect information we control, although no system is completely secure. We may update this policy when products, SDKs, practices or laws change. The effective date above identifies the current version; we will give additional notice where required.
